General Policies

When is my credit card charged? Your card is charged at the time of purchase.

Do I use my credit card address as the billing address? Yes. Billing address should be the same as your credit card address.

How long are your prices valid? Prices are effective October 1, 2004 and are subject to change.

What if a product becomes unavailable? We reserve the right to make substitutions of equal or greater value should a product become unavailable.

Is there a charge for an incorrect address? Yes. Carriers charge $5.00 for each incorrect address. Please verify that all addresses are correct. These charges will be passed along to you.

Shipping Policies

To calculate Shipping Charges, add an item to your shopping cart and enter your shipping address zip code to see the available shipping methods and charges for your order.

Taxes

We collect state sales tax when the shipping address is in one of the following states:

You are subject to a 2.5% Virginia sales tax on all items purchased if you are shipping items ordered to Virginia or if you live in Virginia. Otherwise, we do not charge any other sales taxes.

Order Cancellation Policies

Once you submit your order, if you wish to change your original order such as add items, delete items, shipping dates or cancel your original order, please email us immediately at info@RoyalOakPeanuts.com or call 757-620-9386 and include your order number. **Please note: That in some cases, your original order may have already been processed and shipped before notification of cancellation and we may not be able to help you further at that point.

Return Policies

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason please return the merchandise within 7 days for a replacement or full refund of your purchase price not including your original shipping charges. Please include a written explanation of the return. We will respond once the product is received to us within 24 hours.
